Four energies. One integrated biohacking experience.
The BioCharger combines light, pulsed electromagnetic fields, frequency programs, and harmonics through one proprietary system. Rather than delivering each input separately, the BioCharger integrates them into a single 10- to 15-minute, noncontact session.
At Longevity Gyms, the BioCharger is not positioned as a stand-alone fix. It is selectively layered into an Optimize Circuit designed around your baseline, goals, and response over time.
Biohacking should do more than expose you to the latest technology. It should help create a repeatable environment that supports how your body produces energy, uses oxygen, recovers, and adapts.
The BioCharger sits within our Optimize category because it provides a short, passive input that can be layered alongside modalities focused on cellular energy, oxygen utilization, metabolic efficiency, and recovery readiness.
Its role depends on the purpose of your Circuit. If it adds value to the sequence, we incorporate it. If another modality better matches the objective, we recommend that instead.
The BioCharger is a noncontact wellness platform built around four manufacturer-described energy categories: light, voltage, frequencies, and harmonics.
Its proprietary system integrates specialized light-spectrum tubes, pulsed electromagnetic field technology, programmed frequencies, harmonics, and pulsed electric fields. These inputs operate together during one session rather than requiring four separate experiences.
You remain fully clothed and sit or stand within the designated area near the device. Nothing is attached to your body, there is no physical exertion, and most people feel little or nothing while the program runs.
This integrated delivery is what distinguishes the BioCharger from many wellness technologies designed around a single modality.
Noncontact delivery · fully clothed
These are the manufacturer's four categories. Below is what each one is, described in terms of the technology rather than an effect we are claiming it produces.
Specialized gas-filled tubes generate a broad spectrum of ambient light. Some wavelengths may overlap with ranges studied in photobiomodulation, although the BioCharger's delivery differs from a dedicated red- and near-infrared-light system positioned close to the body.
The BioCharger uses pulsed electromagnetic and electric fields as part of the environment surrounding the unit. The biological effects of these technologies depend on parameters such as intensity, waveform, frequency, exposure time, and positioning.
The system includes programmed frequency protocols. When the BioCharger is incorporated into a Circuit, our team selects the program based on the purpose of the sequence rather than asking you to choose from a menu.
Harmonic programs are layered alongside the other inputs. This is the least scientifically characterized portion of the system, so we describe it as part of the BioCharger's proprietary framework—not as an established clinical mechanism.
Mitochondria help convert nutrients and oxygen into ATP—the usable energy required for movement, recovery, cellular maintenance, and nearly every energy-dependent process in the body.
Mitochondrial function is influenced by far more than one device. Physical activity, sleep, nutrition, metabolic health, oxygen delivery, and recovery all matter.
Red and near-infrared light and pulsed electromagnetic fields are independently studied for their interactions with cellular processes, including mitochondrial signaling and membrane activity. Most of that research, however, examines defined wavelengths, field strengths, exposure parameters, and dedicated technologies. It cannot automatically be applied to the BioCharger as proof of a particular outcome.
The BioCharger may be incorporated as one passive layer within a broader cellular-energy strategy, but it does not replace the fundamentals—or more targeted modalities when those are the better fit.
The goal is not to “boost” mitochondria with one session. The goal is to build a repeatable environment that supports energy production, recovery, and adaptive capacity.
At Longevity Gyms, a Circuit is a curated sequence of modalities organized around a defined goal. The BioCharger may be positioned before, during, or alongside another modality because it is passive, noncontact, and easy to layer without adding substantial time or physical demand.
The exact combination matters. More technology is not automatically better. We select the smallest useful sequence based on your baseline, tolerance, available time, and the outcome you are working toward.
The BioCharger may fit members who:
Want a passive biohacking input incorporated into an Optimize Circuit
Have limited time and need a modality that adds minutes rather than an hour
Prefer a fully clothed, noncontact experience
Do not tolerate exertion, heat, cold, or contact-based modalities well
Are building a consistent cellular-energy or recovery routine
Understand that it is a complementary wellness modality, not a stand-alone treatment
It will not be included simply because it is available. Every modality should have a reason for being in the Circuit.
We begin with your goals, history, tolerance, and relevant measurements. Depending on the objective, this may include VO₂ Max, resting metabolic rate, InBody body-composition analysis, or another appropriate assessment.
We select and sequence modalities across Optimize, Detox, Recover, and Perform. The BioCharger may appear when a short, passive Optimize input complements the rest of the plan.
Biohacking becomes useful when it is repeatable. Your Circuit should fit your schedule, capacity, and broader lifestyle.
Where an objective marker is relevant, we reassess it at a defined point. We evaluate the Circuit as a whole and adjust what continues, changes, or drops out.
Photobiomodulation and pulsed electromagnetic fields are established areas of scientific study. Researchers continue to examine how defined light wavelengths interact with cytochrome c oxidase and cellular signaling, and how electromagnetic fields may influence membrane activity, ion movement, circulation, and other biological processes.
Those effects are parameter-dependent. The available research does not establish that every light source or electromagnetic field produces the same biological response. Research on the individual inputs should not be presented as a clinical trial of the BioCharger itself.
We offer the BioCharger because its integrated, passive format can fit efficiently within a broader Optimize Circuit—not because we believe one session replaces movement, sleep, nutrition, medical evaluation, or more targeted technologies.
Yes. It is a passive, noncontact biohacking modality that integrates four manufacturer-described energies during one session. At Longevity Gyms, it is used selectively within a curated Circuit rather than marketed as a cure-all.
We cannot promise that. Light and electromagnetic fields are independently studied for their interaction with mitochondria and other cellular processes, but those findings depend on specific delivery parameters. They do not prove that the BioCharger will produce a particular mitochondrial or clinical outcome.
Most people feel little or nothing. A sensation is not required and should not be treated as proof that a biological change occurred.
No. Dedicated photobiomodulation and PEMF systems use their own wavelengths, intensities, field parameters, positioning, and protocols. The BioCharger integrates multiple inputs in a noncontact format and should be viewed as complementary rather than interchangeable.
Our focus is on goal-based Circuits rather than isolated device sessions. We first determine what you are trying to optimize and whether the BioCharger belongs in the sequence.
Frequency is individualized according to your Circuit, tolerance, schedule, and the role the modality is intended to play. Our team will recommend a schedule rather than relying on a universal frequency.
No modality is appropriate for everyone. Screening is required, particularly for people who are pregnant or have implanted electronic or medical devices.
No such promise is made. Persistent fatigue or another symptom may require medical evaluation. The BioCharger is a wellness modality and is not intended to diagnose or treat disease.
You do not need to know which device to choose. Start with what you want to improve, and we will determine what belongs in your Circuit.
Every Circuit begins with a conversation and a baseline. Choose a time that works and we will take it from there.
Start Your Upgrade →The BioCharger is offered as a nonclinical wellness modality. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease and is not a substitute for medical care. Participation requires screening, and the modality is not appropriate for everyone. Individual experiences and results vary; no specific change in a symptom, biomarker, or outcome is guaranteed.
Where clinical evaluation is indicated, it is provided separately through the Institute for Human Optimization by an appropriately licensed medical professional. Brand names and third-party technologies remain the property of their respective owners.
