No. Exercise intensity progresses according to the selected protocol and your screened capacity. The assessment is useful whenever direct performance and metabolic measurements would improve decision-making.
Yes. It uses very small samples, generally collected from a fingertip or earlobe at defined stages of the exercise assessment.
They answer different questions. RMR measures energy expenditure at rest. InBody estimates the distribution of muscle, fat, and body water. Neither substitutes for the other.
Yes. Repeating standardized measurements after an appropriate training or nutrition interval can help determine whether capacity, thresholds, metabolism, or body composition have changed.
