Ozone Steam Sauna.
A supervised, heat-based wellness experience selectively incorporated into your Detox Circuit.
Steam creates a controlled heat and sweating response while ozone is introduced into the enclosed body chamber. Your head remains outside the chamber throughout, keeping your breathing zone separate from the treatment area.
Steam, heat and controlled external exposure.
You sit in a private chamber with your body enclosed and your head outside. Steam raises skin temperature and produces sweating. Ozone is then introduced into the chamber around the body.
The head-out design is a safety requirement. Ozone is a respiratory irritant and should not be inhaled. Sessions require screening, controlled operation and supervision.
Activate a controlled heat response.
Heat + Sweating
Steam creates controlled heat exposure and a natural sweating response. Hydration and heat tolerance remain central to safe use.
Surface Circulation
As skin temperature rises, surface blood flow increases as part of the body's normal thermoregulatory response.
Normal Elimination
The liver, kidneys, lungs and gastrointestinal tract perform the body's primary clearance functions. This service supports a wellness routine; it does not replace those systems.
Route, dose and exposure controls matter.
Ozone Is Reactive
Ozone reacts rapidly with biological materials. Its effects vary with the concentration, duration and route of exposure.
Evidence Is Route-Specific
Research involving injected, insufflated or blood-treated ozone cannot be used to claim the same effects from an ozone steam sauna. Direct evidence for this format remains limited.
Inhalation Is a Risk
Ozone can irritate the respiratory tract and lungs. Odor—or the absence of immediate symptoms—is not a reliable measure of safe exposure.
Why our approach is conservative
Federal regulations describe ozone as a toxic gas because inhalation can injure the respiratory system. Your head remains outside the chamber, operation is controlled, screening is required and ozone is never offered for inhalation or promoted as a disease treatment.

What to expect.
Screen + Prepare
Complete screening, disclose medical conditions and medications, hydrate appropriately and bring the clothing requested by our team.
Head-Out Exposure
Sit with your body enclosed and head outside. Steam builds before ozone is introduced. The session is supervised throughout.
Cool + Rehydrate
Exit gradually, cool down, shower if directed and replace fluids. Tell our team immediately about unexpected symptoms.
One service. Part of a smarter Detox Circuit.
Clarify the Goal
We start with what you want to support and determine whether a heat-based service makes sense.
Screen for Suitability
Heat tolerance, respiratory risk, cardiovascular considerations, pregnancy and other factors may affect eligibility.
Build the Detox Circuit
If appropriate, we place the session within your Detox Circuit without automatically stacking additional heat stress.
Questions answered.
Why does my head stay outside the chamber?
Because ozone is a respiratory irritant and should not be inhaled. The head-out configuration separates the breathing zone from the enclosed chamber.
Will this “detox” my body?
We do not claim that it removes unspecified toxins. The Detox category refers to heat exposure, sweating, circulation, lymphatic support and the body's normal elimination pathways.
How is it different from a regular sauna?
Both create heat exposure and sweating. This service also introduces ozone into the enclosed body chamber, which adds different risks, requires screening and should not be treated as equivalent to conventional sauna research.
Is it appropriate for everyone?
No. Pregnancy, heat intolerance and certain respiratory, cardiovascular or other health considerations may rule it out. Screening is required before a first session.
How often should I use it?
There is no universal schedule. Frequency is individualized according to screening, heat tolerance and the purpose of the overall Detox Circuit.
Can I combine it with other services?
Yes, when appropriate. We sequence it carefully and do not automatically combine multiple heat-stress services in one visit.
