What It Is

A signal carried in water vapour.

The device humidifies air and applies a specific signal to the moisture within it. You breathe that airflow normally through a short tube positioned near your face. There is no gas being added, no drug, no supplement, and nothing entering your body that was not already air and water.

What separates it from a humidifier is the signal. The proposition is that this signal supports a specific cellular process, and understanding that process is what makes the session make sense rather than seeming like twenty minutes of nothing.

What am I actually breathing?

Humidified air. Nothing is added in the sense of a drug, gas, or supplement. The device applies a specific signal to the moisture in the airflow, and that signal is what distinguishes it from a humidifier.

Will I feel anything?

Almost certainly not, and that is expected. This category targets cellular processes rather than sensation. We would be cautious of any modality that relied on how a session felt as evidence it had worked.

Is this the same as oxygen therapy?

No. There is no enriched oxygen and no pressure involved. If oxygen delivery is what you are after, hyperbaric oxygen or EWOT in our Oxygen System are the relevant modalities and we will point you there instead.

How often should I use it?

Where prescribed, typically two to three times a week. It is passive and short enough to include regularly, and most members fold it into a Circuit rather than making a separate trip.

Is it safe?

It is non invasive and requires nothing more than normal breathing. Our team screens everyone before a first session and will ask about any respiratory condition so the session can be adjusted or postponed if appropriate.

Can I combine it with other sessions?

Yes, and that is how it is usually used. Because it is entirely passive it runs comfortably alongside another modality in the same visit, and many members pair it with molecular hydrogen or run it before a longer session.

Will this help my recovery?

It may form part of a recovery protocol. Sleep, load management, and the Recovery System modalities carry more weight, and we would rather you had those right first. This is a supporting layer, not the thing that decides the outcome.

How is this different from an antioxidant supplement?

An antioxidant is a compound you ingest that neutralises reactive species. This is a physical modality aimed at the repair side rather than the neutralising side. They address different points in the same chain, and neither replaces the other.

Is it included in membership?

Access depends on your tier. Circuits are the unit of membership, and which modalities appear in yours is set by your protocol rather than chosen from a menu.
