Cardiopulmonary testing evaluating oxygen uptake, ventilatory thresholds, and training zones. The principal objective measurement compared from baseline to follow up.

Body composition is tracked with InBody at Week 1, Week 4, and Week 8. A fast, repeatable method for monitoring trends across an eight week program, without radiation exposure.

How is this different from booking treatments individually?

Individual sessions are booked independently and may not follow a coordinated schedule. This protocol combines testing, recovery, oxygen conditioning, body composition tracking, and clinical review into one structured eight week plan, timed to complement your training while progress is measured from baseline to follow up.

Will this replace my current training?

No. It supports your existing strength, endurance, sport specific, or conditioning program. It does not replace coaching, resistance training, skill development, physical therapy, or appropriate medical care. Keep working with your coach where applicable.

Can I train on the same day as my appointments?

In many cases yes. Ideal timing depends on the modality, your sport, training intensity, whether the session is for preparation or recovery, your fatigue level, and upcoming competition. Our team helps coordinate your schedule.

How much can my VO₂ Max improve?

There is no guaranteed percentage improvement. Response depends on baseline fitness, exercise programming, genetics, training consistency, sleep, nutrition, health status, and adherence. Repeat testing measures your individual response rather than relying on a generalized promise.

Why InBody rather than DEXA?

InBody gives a fast, practical, repeatable way to monitor body composition trends at baseline, midpoint, and follow up, without radiation exposure. DEXA may still be appropriate for selected clinical or research purposes but is not required here.

Is this suitable during injury recovery?

It is intended for medically stable participants who can safely exercise, and it is not an acute injury rehabilitation program. Anyone recovering from surgery, fracture, significant tendon injury, or concussion may need a separate medical or rehabilitation protocol.

Are all modalities required?

The complete program is an integrated framework, but safety takes priority. Any modality may be removed, replaced, delayed, reduced, or rescheduled due to a contraindication, intolerance, scheduling issue, or clinical judgment.

What happens after Week 8?

You receive a final consultation and a maintenance recommendation, which may include a membership, continued oxygen conditioning, ongoing Vasper or EWOT, quarterly VO₂ Max testing, monthly InBody tracking, or another targeted protocol.
